The best Vitamin C! I’ve been taking Now Vitamin C for many years, even before Covid, and I can confidently say it has been ages since I endured a severe cold in winter. Even in harsh weather, I merely experience a few days of sneezing and a chronic cough. I cannot recommend this enough for maintaining a robust immune system, given the direct effects and the high potency of 1,000mg in one tablet. I take one each morning with water from mid-November to mid-April, and it’s been fantastic! The only drawback could be the size of the tablet; it’s quite large, so if you dislike big pills, this may not suit you. Otherwise, it’s an excellent choice.

Vitamin C contains bioflavonoids and is easily absorbed by the body. The capsules are large, but I manage. I take 1-2 capsules in the morning, afternoon, and evening. It serves as a core megavitamin supplement which I consistently use. When I took a tablet every hour during a cold, my chronic cough improved noticeably. Although it may cause a loose stomach if taken excessively, I didn't experience this, realising I was consuming considerable vitamin C during my cold. The value for money is excellent, and I plan to continue using it.
